Built for Patients Who Want More Than a Pickup Window
Life Care Pharmacy was created with a simple belief: pharmacy care should feel easier to understand and
easier to access. Too many patients feel stuck between busy chain pharmacies, confusing insurance rules, delayed refills, and short answers. That may work for a system. It does not work well for people. Our goal is to bring the focus back to the patient. That means helping with prescription refills, transfers, delivery questions, medication reviews, compounding needs, and basic medication counseling in a way that feels practical and personal. We are not trying to make pharmacy complicated. Most patients do not need a long speech. They need someone to check the prescription, explain the next step, and treat their question with care. Sometimes the help is simple. A caregiver needs to know whether medication delivery is available. A parent needs to ask about a compounded prescription. A patient wants to understand why a refill is not ready yet. Someone moving from another pharmacy needs help transferring prescriptions without calling three different places. Those moments matter. Life Care Pharmacy exists for that kind of everyday support

Uzair Chachar
Pharmacist-in-Charge
Uzair Chachar leads Life Care Pharmacy with a patient-first approach and more than a decade of pharmacy
experience.
As Pharmacist-in-Charge, his role is not limited to checking prescriptions behind the counter. He helps guide
the pharmacy team, supports patient safety, answers medication questions, reviews prescription concerns,
and works to make sure patients receive clear and respectful care
Uzair earned his PharmD degree from Long Island University and brings a strong background in
community pharmacy service. His approach is straightforward: listen first, check carefully, and explain clearly
That matters because pharmacy care is personal. A medication may look routine from the outside, but for
the patient, it may be connected to a new diagnosis, a long-term condition, a caregiver’s responsibility, or a
stressful cost concern. Patients should feel comfortable asking questions.
